EXHIBIT A-

2025 Food & Wine Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”)

(Domestic)

I. PRIZE COMPONENT – VACATION PACKAGE:

In furtherance of the Promotion, Disney will be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise herein), for providing Promoter with one (1) vacation package (the “Vacation”) to be awarded to a Prize Winner (“Prize Winner”) selected by Promoter. Vacation shall be awarded by Promoter and subject to the restrictions and approximate retail value (“ARV”) outlined below. The Prize Winner may be accompanied by up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”, collectively “Guests” and together with the Prize Winner, the “Group”).

The Vacation Package shall consist of the following:

A. Not more than four (4] round trip coach airfare tickets for four (4) persons between the major gateway airport closest to Prize Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport (direct flights are not guaranteed). Departure dates to and from the airport are subject to availability;

B. Round trip ground transportation service for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort (with the means of transportation to be selected by Disney operating in its sole discretion);

C. Four (4) nights room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum room occupancy of four (4) persons) at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability;

D. Not more than four (4) standard 5-Day Walt Disney World® theme park tickets with Park Hopper® option) each ticket with an expiration date of November 23, 2026 (each, a “Ticket”).

• Each Ticket currently provides admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks for five (5) days.

• Reservation requirements are subject to change.

• Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft or damage.

• Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme parkadmission and offerings are not guaranteed.

• To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up; and

E. Not more than one (1) Disney Gift Card(s) to be given to the Prize Winner with a value of Three Hundred and 00/100 United States Dollars (US $300.00). • The Disney Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney store locations in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, shopDisney.com, DisneyPhotoPass, Adventures by Disney®, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Beach Resorts. All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s), including but not limited to:

• Excursions;

• Travel insurance;

• Laundry service;

• Spa treatments;

• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee);

• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn,

packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks);

• Local and long distance telephone calls;

• Wireless and internet services;

• Merchandise and souvenirs; and

• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.

The approximate retail value of the Vacation Package is Eight Thousand Six Hundred and 60/100 United States Dollars (US $8,600.60) (“ARV”). The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than October 15, 2026.

Vacation Package rules should include, but are not limited to:

• All elements of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group at the same time during the redemption of the Vacation Package.

• Theme park attractions and entertainment are seasonal and subject to change without notice.

• If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Prize Winner.

• The Prize Winner and his/her/their guests will be required to execute one or more liability/publicity release forms prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release forms within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package.

• Any lost or stolen theme park tickets or travel vouchers will not be replaced.

• Vacation Package and Vacation Package components (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package components may not be separated. Any unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.

• Theme parks, attractions and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel or modify any offering.
